About us new commandos

Okay, Ranger Crash here; I'm not a typical housecat. I'm five years old, weigh 18 lbs (Yeah, I'm a big boy), and I'm a U.S. citizen. G.I. C.C. is a native Korean Calico something or other, she's three years old and weighs 12 lbs. Mom took me in this past Spring after Ranger Nomad (pictured below, with Choe) had to be put down (poor little guy). Mommy was heartsick. I used to belong to another soldier, but, he couldn't find a place for me while he was deployed so Mommy adopted me.

C.C. was Ranger Nomad's favorite feline, he was Godfather to her kittens (yes they all have good homes). Mommy decided C.C. was the best candidate to take to the states (and me, of course), since Choe was very depressed and became very naughty.....she hissed at me when Mommy brought me home! C.C. was the only one who came up to greet me and make me feel welcome. Mommy found a good home for Choe with a nice family, she's spoiled anyway, but, I know Mommy misses her. When Mommy went to the states, it was too hot for us to go with her, so, we stayed with Hermes (the other commando, he's ornery), and Meowers with their Mommy and Daddy. A few weeks later, we were loaded on a big airplane and here we are!

Anyway, that's us in a nutshell.

Changing of the guard

Say hello to the newest Commandos....Crash and C.C.! The guard was officially changed earlier this year when Ranger Nomad became ill with feline jaundice, the poor trooper had to be put to sleep, but, mommy had him cremated and put in a special little urn, G.I. Choe became very depressed and started wetting on everything, so, mommy reassigned her to a new post where she could get the attention she needed.
This Summer we were relocated to the U.S. where mommy is retiring after 20 years active duty, we love our new home!
